We collect the information you enter in our contact or application forms, such as your name, business details, contact information, message and supporting permit documents. We use it to respond to your inquiry and review your wholesale application.
Forms and documents are delivered through Resend to the team mailboxes handling applications and inquiries. Contact inquiries are also copied to our website support mailbox. A receipt may be sent to the email address you provide. Applications are handled by email; this website does not create a customer login or keep an application database.
Please send only the documents needed for your application. Do not include payment-card details, passwords or unrelated personal information. If your documents exceed the upload limit, contact us to arrange the next step.
Hosting and security
Vercel hosts this website and processes technical request information to deliver and protect the service. Our form handlers use short-lived request counters to limit repeated attempts. Technical error logs exclude form contents and document data.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights load only after you allow optional analytics. They help measure page visits, site performance, application steps, delivery outcomes, phone-link clicks and Pepperi handoffs. We do not send form fields or documents as analytics events. Your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it using the controls below or the Analytics choices link in the footer.
Pepperi and other external services
Online ordering and customer sign-in take place on Pepperi. Pepperi and other external websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices. The contact page also links to map services.
Questions, corrections and deletion requests
Contact info@eryws.com or call (510) 382-1100 to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or discuss how long a document is kept in team email systems. This website has no automatic email-retention or deletion schedule.
